Depending on the style, there are two ways to clean your SAOLAs. In both cases, be sure to remove the insoles first.
For these models:
TSAVO - WANAKA KNIT - CANNON KNIT - WANAKA CANVAS - CANNON CANVAS - VIRUNGA, take out the cork insole before machine washing your shoes. Use a gentle cycle and keep the water temperature below 30°C (86°F)
For these models:
WANAKA - WANAKA WATERPROOF - WANAKA WATERPROOF WARM - ALTA VIBRAM – BERGEN (ALL) - CANNON - CANNON WATERPROOF - CANNON KNIT WOOL - TSAVO WOOL - TSAVO WATERPROOF - CANNON LINEN - CANNON VL - SEQUOIA, first, remove the cork insole. Then, wash your shoes by hand using a sponge and mild soap.
To clean your insoles, simply remove them from the shoes and wash gently by hand using a sponge and mild soap

Pas de souci avec le produit livré : sa qualité, son "look" correspondent bien à mes attentes. Par contre, gros problème avec le délai de livraison du transporteur CHRONOPOST : 9 jours pour pouvoir aller chercher le colis dans un point relai. Plusieurs échanges de courrier avec SAOLA qui s'est proposé au final d'en former le service commercial de CHRONOPOST. Merci pour cette initiative. J'ai, par ailleurs, transmis un courrier à l'organisme de consommateur/trices Que choisir ? à propos du problème rencontré avec CHRONOPOST, pour publicité mensongère qaunt aux délais de livraison. A titre de comparaison, avec COLISSIMO, un autre produit commandé le même jour, a mis 48 h à me parvenir qui plus est dans ma boîte aux lettres. Merci de publier (au autre) mon avis.
